Crab noodle here always number 1, I never feel disappointed this place ,the staffs supper friendly and the taste noodle perfect

If you crave bun rieu, bun moc, bun thang, or bun bun, then you will love this restaurant. The broth takes great. The accompanying vegetables are complete along with the fish sauce for the oc. I give it a 5 star because I do go out of my way to eat here when I crave bun rieu oc. It's difficult to find #Thinsulin approved green light dishes here. You can order the bun moc and replace the bun or vermicelli with bean sprouts but they don't give you enough meat to make you full. Maybe one day they can serve sharitaki noodles that don't spike insulin at all instead of regular vermicelli which is a red light food.

The food quality and service at this place has dramatically gone down over the years. I stopped by most recently for dinner and there were plenty of open tables but most were not cleared yet. We managed to find a clean one right by the restroom and seated ourselves. After waiting about 5 minutes with no one stopping by we ended up going to the counter ourselves to grab our menus. I ordered my go to dish here which is the bun thit nuong cha gio. The thit nuong was lacking in flavor and the cha gio was just okay. I probably won't be back anytime soon especially since it's already hard to find parking in that shopping center.
